That, my friend, is one nice collection of guitars (and amps). Thumbs up!

I play and have my shite together. Granted, I play professionally. And I did blow up my life a few years ago that nearly cost me everything I hold dear.
But it’s all good now! Got a gig this weekend. :headbang:

I do, and I have my shite together. Watch out for anyone playing a Flying V though, could go any of several directions.

Anybody here play guitar
But still has their shite together? I was just thinking I do not know a single person who plays guitar recreationally that has their shite together. I played guitar but then I quit doing drugs, started drinking, got a decent job, and quit playing.
I just asked an old roomie if he still played. He said he sold his guitar to buy a laptop when he went back to school. The anecdotal evidence is strong.
I have played since middle school, I work for a living with a salaried job.
Still play guitar every single day.
What would you like to know.
Anecdotal: Almost all of the guys I use to jam with/write shitty songs with back in college are barely scraping by these days with dead end stuff.

Anyone with a good life will probably make shitty music. I remember when Scott Weiland cleaned up for a time and got married....that STP album was awful.
Much like stand up comedy, you need some level of turmoil in your life to make good music.
Some of SRV's best playing came after he got sober.

where's your rebel flag Dean?
Still got it, just using this set-up for what I'm recording currently.

Two of the better guitarists I know and have known since grade school are MDs, one being an ER doc and the other a General Surgeon.
