$100 says these same people oppose Trump!s border wall.

GotDAMN I wish I could be lucky enough to stumble into $300k for doing something like this.
The efficiency expert's advice was literally "build a fence so shite doesn't get stolen and have all the city departments work together better. I'll take my $300k now."

Barriers serve as a deterrent to the commission of illegal acts?
Somebody should tell this to... nevermind.

Great job, Broome. Yet another successful study.

Newfarmer says it will be critical to use those savings to help fund pay raises for city employees at multiple levels—both hourly workers, who make as little as $7.25 an hour in some cases, and also upper-level managers.
Haha ok. We will spend less on they pic to pay officials more. The same officials that didn't fricking know to fence up their fleet in the damn hood.

Significantly, Newfarmer says the team has also been working with City Hall leaders to improve collaboration and coordination among departments.
Jesus. This city is beyond hope

Who’s cousin owns the fence company?

$100 says Broome (or someone else in high places) has *some* previous friendly connection with the "efficiency expert."
$300k for that kind of advice just reeks of a sweetheart deal.
Also, isn't anyone concerned that these people who were elected by the populace couldn't figure this shite out?!
"We issued a memorandum 6 weeks ago reminding employees to remove the keys from the vehicles when they left for the day, but our fleet vehicles just kept getting stolen. Then we held a consortium on locking doors at city hall 2 weeks ago and thought we had it all figured out, but 2 more vehicles got stolen this week.
We can't figure out what to do next, we're tossing around ideas such as giant mousetraps that have the vehicle as the bait - which we're doing an environmental impact study on in 2023. Another idea was to hire an overnight guard, but one that just watches the keys."

Who is stupider, the efficiency experts, the people who paid them, or the people who think this is brilliance they couldn’t have come up with on their own?

Why would you want the pay cut?

Kinda true, but it seems like I could put a list together while watching Top Chef.

You can tell this guy is basically laughing at the ineptitude of BR government.
