At first, I liked Ruffalo as Hulk. But I thought he was terrible in IW. He tried to be cheeky but his tone came off as more annoying than funny.

Probably the only thing I didn't like about IW. They tried to use him as comic relief since he wasn't able to transform into Hulk, but he was just awkward and terribly cheesy.

I’m in The minority here but I think Eric Bana was the best of the 3.

He was easily the best. Ang Lee's Hulk is underrated.

No.
Not in any sense.
Not in any alternate reality.
It's just crap.

Didn't help that the final fight was barely visible.

I don't like Renner, ScarJo or Paltrow. Marvel has been so spot on with their main characters though it's easy to overlook.

Wasn’t a huge fan of Mickey Rourke or Tilda Swinton as the Ancient One.

Other than that I’d say they’ve done exceptionally well.

I'm glad to see there's others that don't care for ruffalo as The Hulk. I thought I was alone. He was good in his first appearance, but has gotten worse with each movie. Marvel seems deadset on making everyone the comedic relief.

Mahershala Ali should have been the Black Panther

So this is where extreme attempts to be edgy and/or contrarian take us?

No. This is a bridge too far. That movie and everything about it was an irredeemable pile of hot steaming rhino poop. GTFO with this bullshite.

RDJ was still considered a risky proposition at that point because of his notorious substance abuse battles.

He’d knocked it out of the park when he could get work, like when Ally McBeal brought him in, but no one could trust him to stay clean.

RDJ delivering in the first movie and saying clean earned him a well deserved pay raise IMHO.

As far as Howard goes, he may have been a better Rhodie but Marvel was right that they could do it without him.

The only good thing about the Ang Lee Hulk was that it was the reason for the world’s best mugshot, as Nolte intentionally looked like shite to play alcoholic Brian Banner.

He's looks a bit older than Chadwick even though he's only 3 years older.

Jensen Ackles also auditioned for that role.

Jensen would have knocked it out of the park

Jensen >>> Jeremy

Jeremy Renner is the 1st to come to mind. He's just a horrible actor in general so he makes a weak character even worse.

I like Ruffalo but I think there could be better fits for Banner.

I agree with the others that Emily Blunt would have been better than ScarJo, but she's hot so it kind of makes up for it.

Guy Pierce was definitely the most wasted talent. Dude is a fantastic actor and was one of worst villains ever.

I know it's stupid and juvenile, but I can't help hitting Ruffalo with the hashtag #NotMyHulk every time I see his SJW/socialism/anti-Trump rants on Twitter.

In my opinion, Bill Bixby was the best Banner ever ever ever.

Ruffalo started as a Bixby level Banner then lost everything. His backstory devolved into being Black Widow’s boyfriend. Banner hiding in India helping the poorest of the poor was pure Bixby.

I think Paltrow is spot on as Pepper Potts. Great foil for RDJ.

ScarJo has never been believable one second as the Black Widow. Short, dumpy girls don't make for good superheroes.

Ruffalo was awful in Thor Ragnarok. He has let his irl skyscreaming soyboy personality take over his acting.

Hulkbuster Ruffalo was the most cringe thing in the MCU.

Is it just me, or does Brie Larson come of as a really bad actress even in the trailer?
