Mizzou Officials: Tall Men Asking Out Short Women Is Sexual Misconduct

"According to a report from the St. Louis ABC affiliate, a former vice chancellor at the University of Missouri argued during depositions for a campus sexual assault case that it could be considered sexual assault for a tall male student to ask a short female student out on a date.
Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs Cathy Scroggs, who resigned from the university in 2017, argued that the alleged perpetrator had committed harassment simply as a result of his “power over” the female student. The power the alleged perpetrator had, according to Scroggs, came nothing more from his physical size."
Offered as yet another example of the stupid stuff the left believes, and as a commentary on "are college admins really leftists".

The real question is does this guy identify as a short person? If so the woman is a bigot because she doesnt accept his reality/denying his right to exist.

After the Michael Brown shooting in Ferguson, the football team wanted to boycott playing a football game. Not sure how it got resolved, but ultimately the coach and president (whose limo bumped a protestor blocking the street) resigned from Mizzou.
ETA: They ended up playing the game (lost). The players probably realized the NFL was watching and there was no benefit to be caught up in a protest that they weren’t directly involved in. And yeah, Missouri has some bad issues. SEC should’ve picked up WVa.

If men could only date women who were equal or greater height, that would leave many men fighting for very few women, and tons of shorter to average height women, dateless.

Literally none of this is true. The protest had nothing to do with Michael Brown or Ferguson and Missouri beat BYU that weekend.

This would not be a problem for men if they simply refrained from asking any woman for a date. Those of us guys who are extremely good looking relied on the girl's representative. It went like this:
