FWIW I work with someone heavily involved with DHS athletics and asked about Christian Williams purple gloves he supposedly wore this season. He said he thought they were DHS gloves and not LSU, but also said he's heard Christian's interest in LSU is very legit. Said he was told Christian wants to play early and that he thinks he could probably get on the field and contribute faster at LSU.
It would be fantastic to flip a current Bama commit thats from Alabama. We take a good player, and he changes his commitment from Bama to LSU. Thats the kind of thing we need to build momentum and start winning some one on one recruiting battles with Bama. Get the first one and hopefully more will follow.

If we were to only get 1 corner left who we are pursuing, for me it would be Williams. I am really hoping we get Williams and Jones though. Need to have a big surge here towards the end.

Same song and dance every year. Like it or not, as long as O closes this class well, the program is headed in the right direction.
NY6 bowl and top 5 recruiting class is nothing to shake a stick at.

i will say that bama board members have proven to be more reliable than LSU board members
