Are you 6'4+ or short than 5'6? Then you may want to get fitted. If not then I wouldn't worry about it until you get better. Bc once you get fitted you'll want to invest into some nice irons.

15yd gapping at that range is tough to pinpoint on. If you like all the clubs in your bag and don't want to replace one (assuming you have 14 in the bag) then I'd learn how to take some off your 7w. Crazy how you hit your 4h 15yds further than your 7w. I assume your 4h loft is 21 and your 7w is 23?

Im actually hopeful it will calm things down at copper. Need more courses in the area to take the stress off of the ones that exist.

You absolutely have to purchase the Copper card even if you only play once in awhile. Copper is not a $100 a round course (however as others have stated supply & demand working here...).
It has gotten a lot better over the past year: greens, clearing out in some areas, bridges being fixed, fairways, etc.
