I’m not saying he did or didn’t rape her.
I’m simply saying in this day and age if you are young, rich, and banging everything in sight (asses or whatever) it’s a smart business decision to have some evidence that the other partner wants it.
Maybe that’s a consent form, maybe that’s a text, I don’t know. But to think you don’t need something is a bad decision from a strictly financial point of view.

but here's the really fricked up part, i think he did rape her, but either because he was just so used to being able to land any chick he wanted, or because he's done this before, just with no repercussion/report of the activity, he just didn't see it as a big deal or that he wasn't all that "wrong" about it....
the way he nonchalantly talks about her saying no, leads me to believe that he heard her, he just thought it was the same sort of shy roleplay thingy that some women do, when in fact, this was being said for real... he just didn't pick up on the severity of her tone....
the bruises are a nonstarter for me, and anyone who's partaken in a little rough play can attest sometimes you walk away with some scratches/bruises/bite marks, etc... that's not really "evidence" of rape, in this case, imo..

100% agree with this. And I am sure alcohol was involved.
I don't know all of the details or exactly what happened.
He may even be guilty of rape. Its just not a good look overall whether he is innocent/guilty
