And here we go again.

“The tide has been turning for some time now, with more and more Americans getting frustrated and saying enough with each mass shooting. We saw it in last year's elections in Virginia and New Jersey when voters listed gun safety as a top priority, and we saw it again this year,” Max Samis, press secretary for the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, told the Washington Examiner.
An NBC News exit poll reported that 60 percent of voters last week favored stronger gun laws, including 42 percent of gun owners. This was regardless of party affiliation. Furthermore, a new Pew Research Center analysis showed that more Americans now favor gun regulation (52 percent) over gun rights (44 percent) — a flip from 2016.

Well propose it and lets see what happens. This has blown up in their face many times in the past.
Unfortunately my representative is on the anti-rights side and after email him numerous times he always replies with anti-rights BS.

The same people that insist of stricter gun laws never stop to consider that the majority of shootings occur either in gun free zones or cites with existing strict gun laws.

Also many of the same people that call for stricter gun laws/gun bans also call the current president a fascist. That is so beyond dumb.

I don’t care if it is 99% to 1%... it’s is called a right for a reason.

They won't do anything right now with a Republican Senate and president. I definitely see them attempting another "assault weapons" ban at some point in the future if the Dems have control of both houses.

Nothing gets the D PAC money flowing like hindering rights of fellow Americans!

In a list of 100 items likely to have been the primary motivating factor in 2018 mid-term voting for EITHER side, I suspect that gun rights/control would rank around 98th.

Should be renamed for its true intent. "Brady Campaign to Restrict Gun Rights".

I watched a Cspan debate yesterday between a Brady CEO gun control guy vs. a gun rights advocate. The gun control guy through out this statistic:
'On average a gun owner dies from an accidental discharge of his firearm at a rate of 2 per day.'
He didn't cite a source. Does anyone know where that comes from?

The people that make your argument don't seem to realize that cities aren't walled fortresses.

Honestly with all these crazy baws shooting people up, it seems inevitable.
I try to not be a hypocrite, so when I seriously wanted to ban muslims after all the Muslim attacks, I kind of feel like we have this coming. I hope gun bans dont happen but I also hate being a hypocrite.

1)Neither are countries(there's this thing to our south.....)
but more importantly
2)For your counter to make sense, then gun crime should be worse in places that are not strict in terms of guns than it is in the places where it is strict.
Alas, it ain't.

1. There's no 2nd Amendment right to immigrate to America
2. When in a bad situation, a gun in bad guy's hand is bad, a gun in my hand is good. There's no benefit to you or I from the presence of a Muslim or not.

Let me ask you guys a question, because I really don't know a lot about guns. Are AK47's automatic or semi? Which one they are would likely answer my second question, and that is, are they legal to buy in the US by the average citizen?
