Apparently, most fan bases feel this way 
Biased against Alabama
Danielson loves Alabama
Gary hates every team,

Gary and Verne hate Florida State.

He's just negative all the time. I think folks only pay attention when he's being negative about their team.

Maybe he's just bad at what he does?
Gary is good at breaking down individual plays, but he's not good at the larger picture comments he likes to make.

And pre-snap. He's good at noticing changes in formations, or mis-matches, different players in the slot, or if the D is out of sorts and bring that to the spectator's attention.
I like football, but I'm not a huge Xs and Os guy, so I can appreciate that aspect of what he does.

Gary doesn't "love" or "hate" any team more than any other from week to week. What he DOES do is choose a horse before each game, and openly root for that team and against the other.
It happens every broadcast. He makes excuses for the team he thinks is better while qualifying the success of the opponent.
Rewatch the UGA game. He mentioned the "bad" spot (it wasn't a bad spot) that went in LSU's favor no fewer than 8 times at varying points in the second half.
