I don't think assets owned or earned before he was married are fair game in divorce.

California is a crazy state regarding marital assets, but he’s got royalties and residuals probably still coming in an it can get messy

If you had to put a percentage on it, what are the chances this marriage actually works out? And by works out I mean last longer than 20 years
I’m going with less than 5%

Whatever he brings into marriage is separate. What he earns once married is community. Marriage will last a year at best. So, he won’t be giving up much.

I think 5 years would be a better under/over #. I would take the under

Does your lifestyle really change much of you have $250 million, the love of your life leaves you and now you only have $125 million?

In my house we call that the “Chalmette High mustache”. Back in the ‘80s (and beyond), every kid from Chalmette High had that peach fuzz ‘stache..

She came into the marriage with $3 million. She is an up and coming model. Marrying him just raised her rates exponentially.
Next year, when they get divorced, the gap in their earnings will not be yuge.

I'm pretty sure he's gay, so I assume this is a publicity stunt.

Should stick all his pre-marriage money in a separate account and not touch it to prove it was his separate property in the case of divorce. But what he makes going forward? That’s 50/50.

She is likely going to earn s whole lot of money herself in the next several years

I will never for the life of me understand why someone in that position would ever get married. Dude could be smashing a different OT 9.9 every night of the week.
