They're ranking is deserved...but they are not the #5 team in the country.
Problem with LSU, is they just aren't fun to watch. Haven't been for years, that's my gripe.

September 25th, 2016 Les Miles was fired After LSU suffered its second loss in four games. Both to a team that would end up ranked at the end of the season.
Maybe some of the bitching is because people feel we are sort of in the same position we were in during the 2015 season.
