Finebaum: How is this man on television?

How is this man on television for something he knows virtually nothing about? The man is nothing more than college footballs version of Jerry Springer, and has parlayed that into an ESPN gig. When asked a question he is embarrassingly void of substance or detail.

One could argue that the show’s producers tell him what to say, when to argue, which side to take on hot topics.
No drama = no viewers = no show = no revenue = no job
I will say that for the first time ever, I heard him lay into Nick Saban after his post-game interview comments about his QB “situation”. Called him classless. That is a word I don’t think Finebaum would have used when referring to Nicky....much less to reiterate it 2 more times.

He actually is a pretty good listen when he is on other shows and not trying to make sure he gets callers.

Wait! Whoa back Nellie! He was supposed to be a Bama shill! He hates Alabama and even though it made no sense he held out hope for immediate gratification from Pruitt's Tenn where his heart lies. So he erupted when it was business as usual @ Bama and UT laid an egg. Though no fault of Pruitt or Fulmer. The Vols have no players and they are trying to be something they are not and that is a hard nose, physical football team. That took Saban a year and Smart a year although both had more players than UT, especially Georgia.

It's a show with caller driven content supplied by retarded trolling red necks. I will never understand how anybody with an IQ over 50 could possibly enjoy his show.
