This is the first thought that should enter the mind of any sane person.
Leftists reveal their racist nature by looking for ways to degrade blacks, where no intent to degrade is intended or evident.
If they are to be considered to actually believe what they spout - namely that blacks need 'special protection' to function as normal people, and that in order for them to survive, they must be showered with undeserved praise and given unearned handouts, they must be given stuff from the largess of non-white people - and that any offenses against normal society that blacks commit must be overlooked because of things their ancestors had to endure.
To have that belief, they must necessarily think that blacks are inferior people - both in intellect and motivation - that blacks are no more than pets which must be looked after - that blacks are only worthwhile for so long as they bring unconditional love (aka 'votes') for their unquestioned masters (aka 'owners'.)
Leftists are the true racists - along with a half dozen or so KKKers.
