The Advocate chooses not to employ African Americans in their Executive Staff, but slams LSP who actually has an African-American in their Executive Staff. Unbelievable.

I think it’s racist of the advocate as a publication to make an issue of race where there is no issue. Did they ever take into consideration that black troopers that aren’t in a position of power DONT WANT to be in a position of power?
