you cant complete the obstacle course within a set time limit you should be suspended without pay until you can pass it.

any person wearing a uniform and gun should be physically able to chase down on foot and subdue a fleeing criminal trying to escape. im not saying they need to outrun anyone but they should be able to give chase and maintain a reasonable distance while in foot pursuit of them
