Understand, I felt it was time to move on from Miles. The point was to progress the program after him. But yet currently:

- the head coach was on his staff
- the offensive coordinator was on his staff
- the defensive coordinator was on his staff
- the DB coach was on his staff
- still cannot develop QB’s
- no running game
- no passing game

How again is the program going in the right direction?

The defensive line and LBs are better, and that's just about it.

QB - Even
RB - Worse
WR - Even
TE - Even
OL - Even
DL - Better
LB - Slightly better
CB - Worse
S - Even
P/K - Even

O supporters will say he is building depth in the trenches and linebackers

However Miles hires Aranada and linebacker recruiting picked up

Miles hired O and defensive line recruiting as well as play picked up.. I remember Arden Key being stoked about O as DL coach

LSU never had to put them in this position

They could probably still have all these defensive coaches on staff and hires a successful offensive guy

Not much has changed but let’s give the season a chance first

We lose to Troy now instead of almost losing to them.

I just think it's so disingenuous that Alleva said the reason we hired O was to keep stability and avoid a massive rebuild, yet everything that O has done since has been worse than Miles.

We were pissed that Les couldn't beat Bama, yet he was closer to beating them post 2011 than O ever was in his 2 games against them, but we're supposed to think we're improving.

We're being sold a false bag of good by Alleva and the idiots are eating it up.

We are approximately 15 million dollars poorer

Our Record setting home win streak is broken

We’ve set a new record loss against Mississippi
State

Our recruiting took a step back and we landed the lowest ranked class in 15 years

Basically tDecline has been accelerated.

Clock management is better and we beat the shite out of Ole Miss and Arkansas instead of losing or almost losing to them.

That's about it though.

The offensive scheme.

Danny Etling was better last year, he's just not a very good QB. Jury is still out on QB development. We'll see this year if Brennan gets playing time.

Running game is yet to be determined. We had a good one last year, so I am not sure where you are going with that point.

Passing game was limited by the QB last year. We don't know what this year will bring.

Firing Miles was an emotional decision that should never have been made abscent a plan of action for procuring a superior replacement.

I don't see any way in which the program is better off today than it was under Miles.

No one has owned me in any of this. I have stated the truth, but you LSU haters can't handle it. You have not rebutted anything of value, just the parroted rant company lines. This program is poised to compete with anyone. To say not, is traitorous Chickenshit.
