On the hunt for BBQ sauces that aren't universally known, i was able to find this sauce after viewing Smoky Ribs on youtube. please include links to view/buy if possible.
Amish Wedding makes some surprisingly great sauces.
Highly recommend trying the candied jalapeno bbq sauce, really great on ribs and chicken.

Rudys’ Sauce and it ain’t even close. I buy it out of Katy Texas about every 3months. Best I’ve ever had.

I'll be monitoring this thread. I collect bottles of bbq and hot sauce every where I travel.

I don't know how "less known" it is but I like Sticky Fingers Carolina Sweet when I want a change of pace. I just thin it down a touch.

Not sure how less-known.... but I really like blues hog.
An old school favorite is Vans Pig Stand from Shawnee, OK, that’s definitely less-known.

Have some killer rub there as well...

Kicker's BBQ sauce from 2012. East Texas Gold I trade for my boudin recipe. Guess its been long enough that I won't get an arse-chewing or a lawsuit but I could be wrong. In Chef Tony's handwriting. Don't tell Jambo lol.

Best bottled sauce I’ve ever had.
Agree that Rudy’s is really good as well.

My favorite was Lea & Perrins. Unfortunately, they stopped making it.
