Yeah the other one used to post here regularly I'm sure. Or at least one of the other ones.

8 miles yesterday 12:43 pace

Heart rate was on that zone 3/ zone 4 line most the time at 157

Had some good splits was getting faster after mile 5 while not spiking my heart rate

Finished my virtual half today. I guess as long as we are sharing heart rate, I was redlining 97% max, lol.

Nice un!

Think I'll do my CCC 10K virtual tomorrow am. Conditions seem ripe enough. Hopefully the traffic is light.

I've followed this thread for a while, but have only recently created a TD account. I'm JR on Strava. Happy running, y'all.

You know after today, I think I have a real shot at sub 2:30 in November if the race happens.

On a side note. Today feels like a steak and potatoes lunch kind of day.

Virtual races suck and running fast by yourself is really hard because you can scrap the race and no one would care/know. I hope all of you that have one coming up, get out there and preform beyond your wildest expectations. We gotta keep it up, guys. Fall racing season 2020 is PR season.

Right on; and so true as I'm already thinking about if my virtual is too pain cavey I'll just bail on it! WEAK!

Damn skippy, man. You should be proud of yourself.

Of course none of us know for sure and not to get into a CV discussion (I come here for relief from that), but I'm skeptical on this even happening.

Signed up for a race in August. 10 mile trail. They heavily discounted it.

I really hope it happens.

Thank you. I wanted to quit from mile 8 on because it hurt so much.
