The two best comedy experiences I've ever had in a movie theater were Team America and American Pie.

I missed probably half the jokes in Team America the first time because I was crying I was laughing so hard.

Any list without Borat and MacGruber is automatically wrong. Borat in particular may not stand up to repeat viewings, but when seen for the first time, it is incredible.
