I appreciate you putting Role Models in there. That is a severely underrated comedy.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail is probably #1 all time favorite comedy for me, however, I did not get it (or understand wtf they were saying) on first viewing. So, this wouldn't qualify. Favorite moves like Friday, the Spy Who shagged me, Airplane, etc are all classics that get better with additional viewings.

The ones that need to be watched again for the first time are the ones that rely on shock-gags rather than longer jokes or puns.

The Hangover
American Pie
Tropic Thunder
Borat

Only movie I truly remember making me really laugh the first time I watched it.
