What does that even mean? Do you think that a person has to agree with every attribute of a discourse to be engaged with it?
Sounds like you’re projecting.
Really, why don’t you “GAF” about any of them, and why are you so proud of that fact? It’s odd.

Four pages and no three fifty or tree fiddy or 350. Well here it is, and sorry for not reading any of the comments which appear well thought out and well written. If there was a tree fiddy, sorry I missed it. Have a great day everybody.

At 61years old, one has lived life to know what is what. Did I figured out the true meaning of Life? No, but I know what it takes to live a life and don't need people to try and change what I had lived to learn in my life time.

Yes, I am. I can still think for myself.

But your thinking is plainly wrong. Who’s trying to change the way that you live?

They’re the modern day equivalents of Gore Vidal and William F Buckley. There are liberals, Libertarians, and conservatives at the table. They are all capable of sophisticated thought and willing to sit down and have long form debate and dialogue about their ideas...and maintain their sense of civility and maintain friendships with one another.
Rogan may not be an intellectual equal to any of them...but the platform he’s built is single handedly providing a blueprint and pulpit to disrupt conventional media and public discourse.

Peterson brings it way down. The dude is a fraud.
Yeah, I’m not watching any of those videos. Wanna know why I know you’re wrong? Because everything Jordan Peterson talks about you could find within yourself fairly easily. He’s a clinical psychologist and a brilliant man to be sure, but what he teaches ain’t rocket science, it’s relatively common sense.
Way to out yourself though.

I'd add Scott Adams to that party if i could

Some of these men are deep-thinkers with a lot to say about how to improve personally and as a society. Either you are a high IQ individual operating on a very high level that couldn’t learn a thing from any of these men, or you’re ignorant.

Really? ? Guess I can think for myself and not be a sheep. ?
Eh, it's obvious you don't know what these guys are all about.
It's exactly that, thinking for yourself, developing critical thinking skills, having open discussion (even with people you fundamentally despise).
Apparently those traits are lost on you if you don't feel the need to listen to any other opinions except your own.

Calls himself not a sheep, probably has it on Fox News 100% of the day.

Rogan brings it down a lot.

As one who believes there is as much to be learned through others’ experiences as through my own, I’d love to buy you a few beers and hear your take on what is what. I guess that makes me a sheep.
More information is better. Aside from a few core principles, my opinions and ideas on the world are constantly evolving.

We are humans and most strive for this.
What I read thru this thread is like some of the people here really think that these guys are Gods. Really, WTF? I have no problem of debates, which should be done. Deep thinks? Oh, sure. With time on ones hand and with halve a mind, anybody can be a deep thinker.

People don't give Rubin and Rogan enough credit. They are definitely smart dudes. They may not be on a level with Eric Weinstein, but they can carry on cogent conversations with all the guys at that table.
Shapiro is incredibly intelligent even if you think he bends toward conspiracy theories at times. The guy graduated high school at 16 and was phi beta kappa at UCLA before going to Harvard law and graduating at the age of 23. You don't do that unless you're bright, bordering on brilliant. He needs his ideas challenged more. He has been on shite like cnn and fox news too often to have his thoughts legitimately tested.
Peterson, Harris, and Weinstein are all incredibly intelligent. I'd say the average IQ at the table is 145 to 150. Maybe 155.

Certainly.
Each one of these guys excels in different formats based on their background, skill set and natural ability.
Peterson, being a lifelong professor, does best in a lecture format. Shapiro does best in a debate format since he's so quick on his feet, natural provocateur and verbal shitposter. Rogan is a great moderator and knows how to let people talk while still pushing the right buttons to spark conversation. Always knows how to ask the right questions and times them well. Harris is best in a Q&A session and I think that's probably the reason he pairs so well with Rogan and I believe he's been on JRE the most times out of the others and those are some of the most popular JRE episodes. Rubin is the chameleon. Jack of all trades. Doesn't excel in any one area but is flexible enough to be interesting in any of them. Is also a very good moderator in his own right.
These guys are the A-Team in The Awakening and have pulled together a lot of the thoughtful Americans that were sort of wondering around in waste land. People of all backgrounds and political stripes. They've made us all more American and what better representation of America than this hodgepodge of moral and intellectual citizens.

Great job glorifying your own ignorance and stupidity. It takes a great deal of idiocy to think no one can teach you anything.

Rogan does interesting interviews at times, but I don’t find him particularly intelligent. Above the average American, to be sure, but well below the others at the table.
Rogan is a comedian turned meathead who started doing drugs and read a few books. He’s nowhere on the same stratosphere as the others at the table.

I don’t think Rubin and Rogan are towering intellects. They are just persuasive insightful bros with above average intelligence. Shapiro a step above that because he has that verbal savant quality and then Harris and Peterson who have truly first rate minds .
