I've always had the same thought. They make this girl out as the good guy in the commercial while she is breaking his things. If she was just throwing his clothes, it would be one thing, but I think she throws his guitar at one point. The commercial certainly doesn't get the message across that it is meant for.

What gets me is when they talk about Chevy winning more awards than these luxury brands. Of course, they don’t tell you that Chevy isn’t going head to head with the luxury brands for these awards.

THANK YOU. This one has been pissing me off the last few weeks since I saw it. I don't even understand waht they're going for, at least with some shitty commericals I can KINDA understand what they were trying to achieve or who they're appealing to, not so with this one. Even the underground, starving artist, unwashed hiptsers that I THINK they're aiming for would think "wtf is this shite"?

There's a commercial for an SUV, I think it's an Audi. Some guy is in a govt-looking room about to go into witness protection. The lady says "your testimony could save hundreds of lives" or something like that. She shows him is average, unassming new life including an average unassuming SUV. The guy grins and turns the deal down and drives off in his Audi.
Now, overall big picture I like the concept and think it's a well done ad spot, but I simply can't get over that one line "your testimony could save lives". Basically this guy has a chance to presumably put away a really bad dude (that could or alreayd has killed people), but he declines so he could keep driving his fricking car! What a selfish jerk! The blood of all future slayings should be on his hands. Why couldn't they just leave that line out of the script?
