I forgot the razor commercial where the guys buddies shave the smile in his head before the wedding, so he has to shave his head. Then he’s walking down the aisle with the biggest, rapist looking smile ever. Why the frick is his bride already at the alter anyway ?

And then there was always the one where they were comparing the bed of a Chevy to the aluminum bed of a Ford, and intentionally dumping a load of busted up concrete in both trucks. And then taking a toolbox and basically slinging it into the bed. "See! The Ford bed didn't hold up like the Chevrolet!"

Well no shite, if you dump a load like that or slam a heavy tool box in any truck it's gonna frick the bed up.

The old spice commercials have definitely jumped the shark. Back when terry crews and that other skinnier black dude were on them they were way outlandish but they kinda made them work. It's like their ad execs saw they were somewhat favorable, then a group of dudes in a meeting said "hey, crazy and nonsensical works! Crazier the better! Doesn't need to make any sense whatsoever at all, that's what the kids like. So let's literally just think of something that makes no sense"


The one in mind is the recent one where it's set in some old film noir kinda setting and some man and woman are longingly saying "old" and "spice" back to each other. It's painfully unfunny, makes no sense, doesn't accomplsih anythign, and doesn't advertise the fricking product! It's a deodorant for goodness sakes and the commercial has nothing to do with deodroant.

The Depends commercial featuring Jerry Sandusky.

Seriously wtf? Don't these casting directors pay attention to the news and say, hey this guy looks like that child predator from Penn state...maybe he shouldn't should be selling our adult diapers

Eta: the topper is that it is a "camping trip" spot. Yeah I wanna be in a tent with Jerry Sandusky in a diaper alone in the fricking woods. I am really angered by this spot.
