Drink water before sleep.
If you're too drunk to keep from spilling it get a bottled water, make a hole in the lid and use it as a sippy cup.

Nothing actually makes you sober other than time. You basically have to wait till your BAC lowers on its own

Good thinking. If you're too drunk to drink water from a cup without spilling it on yourself you're going to want to go grab a kitchen knife or some other sharp object and poke a hole in the top of a water bottle.

supplements that have N-acetyl cysteine, glutathione and other ingredients that assist in the conversion of acetaldehyde to acetate can help some. If your body is low in these, the metabolism can take even longer.
