People buy it at that price so they sell it at that price. I personally stick to the cheap domestics and don’t care when I get a smug look from the bartenders. I’ll try something new every now and then but I’m not spending $40 for 4 beers including tip. I can buy some good whiskey for that price.

At the Beer Garden place downtown. frick that place. If I am going to pay $8 for a beer made around the corner I’m going to be sitting in the a/c.

Bud light platinum to show you’re a winner, have class, but also accessible and not some snobby hipster.

It does get old, I always think that me and the boys could do a keg party and grill with the money spent on beer at one outing

I paid $16/Miller Lite at the Super Bowl a couple years ago. Didn’t bother me since I wasn’t poor.

You really read a lot into your type of beer for a non-hipster.

Poor or not, no one likes to get fricked in the arse. You're an idiot of you think spending lots of money on a bud light is worth it

The plus is some of these beers are strong. You can pay $4-5 a pint and drink 7 and get a buzz or pay $6-7 a pint and your pretty loaded after 5.

The key is getting into some IPA's and some hops

Beer is getting expensive. I've experienced three price increases in just over a year. Bud light kegs were under a hundred and now are $111

When I was at LSU Catering Kegs had Miller Light full size Kegs for $27.00.
