Boiled egg, or two (boiled the day before) and coffee. Sprinkle a little salt and eat while on the commute.

Overnight oats

1/2 - 2/3 cups of oats
equal parts unsweetened vanilla almond milk
scoop vanilla protein powder
couple spoonfuls of plain greek yogurt
cinnamon
vanilla extract
top with blueberries in the morning

Takes 2 minutes to make, pop in the fridge overnight.

Shrimp and grits is try hard? What?

I usually don't eat breakfast. I'll make my wife eggs or something but I'm never really hungry in the morning.

The rare times I'm hungry, I cook something I like. Not always a fan of eggs.

Is 15 minutes not quick? It takes only as long as it takes to cook grits.

Like I said, I'm not really a breakfast person so when I cook breakfast, I don't really want eggs. Not a big fan of eggs, even though I can make them well.

Apparently you can't read the part where I don't have breakfast often so when I actually want breakfast, I want something I'll enjoy. So yes, that's my go to breakfast the 1-2 times a month I may eat breakfast.

There's no way anyone can make grits in 15 minutes. TH03 is full of shite.

Perhaps the laws of physics cease to exist on his stove! Are these magic grits? I mean, did that nerd buy them from the same guy who sold Jack his beanstalk beans?!

I was going to post that quote, but you beat me to it. One of my faves.

I think you can cook those instant grits in the little cardboard containers pretty quickly.
