I agree. Two things I buy each week or milk and green onions. I have parsley in the yard.

Pain Perdu. Orange juice or Sunny delight.
Coffee is for the weak.

Not for much longer if you're in La. I have a backyard garden and once it starts to heat up like it is now, the parsley always dies back quickly.
I have some of it in a large pot on my back porch hoping to extend the season a bit as it only gets morning sun until around 9 a.m., but my porch is hot as hell with the heat building up off the painted deck surface.

I'm in LA. The parsley is in a raised bed. I planted new parsley, but I'm still harvesting the parsley that was planted last summer. I don't know why it did so well, but it's over a year old now. It survived summer, freezes and snow. I have both flat leaf and curly. I wish my citrus trees had fared as well.

I also have a nice 48 sq. ft. raised bed that I grow root crops in it. I just took out all my garlic I planted last October and pulled just shy of 100 nice heads of it that I have drying on a rack in my shop right now.
Last month I pulled all the beets I had in the other half of the raised bed and put them up in quart jars for later use and to give out to friends. I wound up with a dozen quarts of beets.

Your bed is much larger than my two put together. All I have are herbs in my two right now.
How long will the garlic last after you dry it? I've been noticing that what I buy at the store has sort of an off flavor. Sometimes, I just use the dried minced garlic instead because it has a better flavor.

I still have about 5-6 heads left over from when I pulled them this time last year. I keep all my garlic in my downstairs man cave on an open air rack and it's still good. If it is in a dry area and not real humid, it will last a long time. Last thing you want to do is put it in a tight closed in area like a designated vegetable drawer in a pantry or cabinets. Things like onions, potatoes and garlic will sent out growth under those conditions and go bad much quicker.
I do a lot of cooking and use the hell out of garlic. I grew 2 varieties with about 1/4 of it being Elephant Garlic with the very large, but mildly flavored cloves and a smaller variety that is normal size cloves and flavor.

I generally use the garlic a day or so after buying it, but it's tasted sort of "green" lately. Thanks for the info.

Overnight oats
I do this as well minus milk/yogurt. Blueberries and Blackberries are in the freezer so I top them at night and they thaw overnight in the fridge.
What protein powder are you using? They have one worth 100 calories and 20 grams of protein for pretty cheap. Taste of vanilla isn't bad and they make a nice cinnamon one as well.
