Boudin

My wife and I were just talking about this very thing last night. When I head to Marksville in central La. I make it a point to stop at Juneau's Meat Market right across from the Paragon Casino on La. 1 and pick up at least 10 lbs. of Boudin to bring back home for us to have. It freezes very well and she'll take a link to work from time to time to start her day off right.

I've let friends try some of it and now when I head up there I usually walk out of their shop with about $350 worth of the stuff with all the orders from friends and family that want me to pick some up for them.
