Was Obama's administration worse than Carter and more corrupt than Nixon?

They spied on the opposing campaign. Used back door channels. Claimed that 17 intelligence agencies could confirm that Trumps campaign colluded with the Russians. They all had the fake dossier, and THAT was their unconfirmed evidence. This means ALL of the intelligence agencies were working together, and constantly leaking to the MSM. Can't tell me that Obama did not know. If the intelligence agencies were not briefing Obama on this collusion, then they weren't doing their jobs. SC has spent one year and about $20 million and has found nothing. What a disgrace!
Obama spent 8 years trying to bring us from a 1st world country to a 3rd world country. Weaponizing the intelligence agencies on the opposing campaign is 3rd world country tactics, and Obama's administration has done this.

Carter fricked up Iran and gave up the Panama Canal.
Obama gave billions to Iran to supply terrorists, fricked over the economy in disfavored sectors (oil and gas, coal), and forced the country to buy shitty expensive health care.
Nixon covered up a third rate burglary at the DNC and inquired about using the IRS to investigate his enemies. Obama sicced the IRS on the American people and used the goddamn CIA and FBI to try and fix a presidential election
Thankfully for this country, Hillary was about the worst goddamn major candidate of all time given the advantages she had to work with.
McGovern and Mondale lost by larger margins but they ran against successful incumbents. Hillary was effectively the incumbent, had the goddamn CIA and FBI on her side, had the primary fixed, and was being fed debate questions beforehand. And still fricking lost.

One thing I am confident in is that Barack will go down as the worst president in modern times. He beats out Carter because Barack was the CEO of one of the most corrupt administrations in history.

Obama was worst POTUS in history without qualification.
Nixon's administration was not corrupt, so that is not fair comparison.
Obama overtakes Carter and LBJ in the 'worst POTUS" category because Carter was merely incompetent, and both still had an instinctive love for the USA. Obama was intentionally destructive to every tenet of American culture.
"Fundamentally changing America" was not a good thing - it was most destructive thing to happen since Civil War.
Nixon's administration was not corrupt, so that is not fair comparison.
