And all of those players can go out and average 30 just like Steph
And not a 1 of those players...or any player in the history of the NBA for that matter bring his skillset to the table which completely wrecks a defense with his ability to stretch the floor as well as have basically has the entire defense keying on Curry. Shaq is about the best comparison in terms of how much attention is placed on him by a defense, it's actually backed up by data.

And how is it terrible?

Curry is soft and he sucks on defense

I mean either you are a golden state homer or don’t watch the much of the NBA. He is extremely soft. You won’t find many, if any NBA analyst that have Curry as a top 3 player in the game. He is too weak defensively. So we’ll have to agree to disagree.

Including anyone else is reaching.
I mean, I get it, but I'm taking Curry over Harden every day of the week.

KD is not a top 3 player. At the end of the day he's only a scorer. No different than Alex English or Dominique Wilkins. Great passers and ball handlers like Harden Westbrook and Curry are clearly better and more impactful players

What?? Just cause KD is really freaking good at scoring doesn’t take away his passing ability.
He’s also a MUCH better scorer than English/Nique. He is also a lockdown post/perimeter defender.

He won a unanimous MVP a few years ago...

He's a really good player but the finals last year showed who the true Alpha on that team was. Hell during the finals all the talking heads were saying Durant had maybe surpassed LBJ and not some of you don't even have him in the top 3. Curry is so intriguing to me. I'd love to see how he would do on a non superhuman team during his prime.

I mean they won 73 games before Durant got there. I wouldn't say that team was "superhuman". Curry, is obviously a number 1 option, then you had Green who is a role player (a great role player but a role player nonetheless), and Klay who is a fantastic shooter but doesn't offer a ton else on offense, though he is a good defender.
That team wasn't supremely talented, it was great because Curry played out of his mind.
