9-4 is not a good season.

We basically play 4 good teams next year
Miami, Auburn, UGA and Bama.
So 9-4 means we either lost to all the teams we should have or to a team or two we shouldn’t have lost to.

9-0 is a great season, which is Orgeron's record from 2017.

If you getting blown out by Uga Alabama Miami and auburn and or state you'd be right.
However if we beat Uga, eaTme and state , lose a close one early to Miami and or auburn and or Alabama (you people do realize all these teams are interchangeable) and a bowl game the it doesn't look so bad.
Plus you have the injury situation to factor in.

I dont see how majority of you are considered fans. The reason why Bama has been able to beat us (in close games) is because of their trenches being better and deeper than ours. Give CEO a damn chance!! He is rebuilding both lines with talent and depth.. Our defensive line is the best it has been in YEARS.
Our Offensive line is deep and 2 starters arent even healthy yet.. We will not be a bad or even middle of the pack team next year. If ONE qb can step up we will surprise CFB.

I agree.
HOWEVER, it's very possible that 9-4 next year would indicate a nice step forward as compared to last year.
I don't expect it to happen. But we could easily have 8 wins in the regular season and looking much better going into 2019.
