That's quite a bit. I do'nt care if DJ and Lou play or not, we are the better team and should win.

Fivethirtyeight has us at +2.5, so a 10 point difference.

Up to -8 now. Losing does not change LAC's draft position, so they are not gong to tank. However, without Williams and Jordan, they will be at a significant talent deficit and the Pels seem locked in now.

It does seem like Doc wants to go after us regardless maybe due to his dislike for Dell, so you never know:
quote:

"I think I have to play the guys against New Orleans, honestly. I think we have to really go after that game. I just believe in protecting the league, you know what I'm saying? I just think that's what we should do and I hope we do that."

quote:

"My guess is probably no Lou next game," Doc Rivers said. "But I'm going to try to get them all to play. I think we got to try to protect the integrity and try to go and make it hard for the Pelicans to get in [the playoffs]."

Has anyone seen anything on Mirotic? It really looked like a significant ankle sprain.

quote:

Jim Eichenhofer @Jim_Eichenhofer Apr 7

Mirotic on postgame radio, discussing right ankle sprain: "My ankle is a little sore now. No way I wanted to miss this second half. I knew my team needs me, and I needed to be there to help them. I tried to stay warm, play simple basketball, bring the energy and try to win."
