I don't understand why this would be uge news. If he didn't practice last year, we are basically relying on a dude that has played zero college football to be our #2 corner? Great roster management by coach O.

It's spring practice bro, I think it's a little early to say O is mismanaging his roster by giving a former 5* some practice time in the spring. If he is a natural talent, which from what we know, he is, then it would be mismanagement not to let the guy practice in the spring. I swear you haters get more and more desperate. You sound extremly knowledgable (not really).
If there is an appeal to get this guy on the field after a (1) year suspension, then he should be getting ready just in case that appeal is accepted and he's now eligible to play. It would be mismanagement not to have him prepared for whatever outcome.
