Trump hasn’t even started campaigning yet.... This is their fear

They have absolutely nothing to campaign on except open borders and raising taxes to fight global warming....
going to be epic

If the Dems don't even hold serve let alone get their arse kicked, their momentum heading into 2020 will be akin to the Hindenburg.

And these numbers are from a hard left outfit.

With that said Republicans can’t get complacent. They need to show up and vote.

I both love and hate to see these kinds of polling numbers.

Anything that gives right-leaning voters a sense of contentment is likely to keep them away from the polls, and everybody needs to keep voting to prevent more years of self-hating Dem rule.

joe has got to go. He’s a moderate Dem during campaign season but votes in lockstep with the progressives

Only Republican incompetence last cycle can explain why she is still in the Senate. Republicans ate up Aikin and allowed the media to misconstrue what he said. Aikin allowed himself to be baited by a clown question. Claire needs to board her plane and depart DC forever.

I follow James on Twitter. I want to move to Michigan and vote for him. Really hope he takes that seat.

If there is a red wave in 2018, it will crush the dems and then we can have real reforms lead by this GOATUS

That is a warning sign, but most of the leads are against generic challengers.

Generic challengers always poll better than when compared to an actual candidate. I do think McCaskill is toast, probably heitkamp and Donelly. I do think the dems will do well in NV and maybe AZ (depending on the candidates).

Republicans should be able to win a few seats if they don’t destroy each other in the primaries. That has been one of the things that has helped democrats lately. Trump and McConnell need to agree on candidates and tell the others to stay out of the way or kiss their political future good bye . We need more races like the Florida senate race where no one seems to want to run against Rick Scott.

I’m surprised that the safest of those five is Heitkamp.

Donnelly is well liked in WV even though he has to toe the party line. I figured he would be closer than -9.
