The calendar says 2018. Some NFL locker rooms remain trapped in 1960.

So gay rights activists can preach on about being gay, and conservatives are being forced to digest LGBTQGJSYEBSKSGEB shite...but it’s ‘innapropriate’ to ask somebody if they like dudes? GTFO

The NFL can bitch and moan. They can say how wildly inappropriate it is. But none of these guys are gonna get canned for asking.

The question does have some relevance, particularly is the player is closeted.

No one wants to bring in a key player who can be leveraged/blackmailed. Its not quite up to the standard of gambling, but if someone has an exposure that lets other people potentially affect their performance by leveraging knowledge about their personal habits-- then its in the realm of appropriate.

And it isn't a job interview.

From the article you linked, FYI the term “sex” applies to whether one is male or female, not to sexual activities or preference.

I don't condone the question, per se, but it's likely to see what his reaction to the question is. While he was under a lot of coverage and pressure at LSU he will be under as much or more in the NFL. If he looses his cool on a dumb question that may not be someone you want to give a ton of money to.

Reporters are fans are going to be asking dumb questions and saying stupid things to him. You can have anyone spouting off and jeopardizing your team by saying something stupid to a fan or whatever

Why is this shite ok?

We have teams who will hire guys who throw bitches on beds full of guns and tell them their lives are over.

But teams feel like they need to ask young guys if they're gay or if their moms are hookers to see how they react?

Ask one of these fat fricks if their girlfriend likes your dick over some breakfast and let's see how they react.
