I offer this thread as a general location to repent for all of your PeliSins. I'll start.

I started this thread regarding Jrue's value. In hindsight this was shortsighted and foolish. Jrue's career numbers always suggested he would bounce back. I was eager and entitled to win after the Boogie trade and focused my frustrations on Jrue. He's always been my wife's favorite player, she loves his attitude and commitment to family. I'm now the biggest Jrue cheerleader possible. I love his ability to get to the rim, his feel for the game, and obviously his relentless and clutch defense. I offer this praise as a formal penance of my knee-jerk criticisms and will work on improving my takes in the future. Do you Jrue!

I didn’t watch 3 games this year following the two losses to the Kings and the OT loss to Denver that we blew.

I feel like I definitely said Fire Gentry/Demps a time or two.

But I also said we’d go 16-9 post ASB

When Boogs went down, I started a whole thread about AD being a nice accessory player and not taking over games. I’m glad I was wrong. I’m not upset I made that thread. I think AD read it and started to man the frick up.

I was legit fearful my Christmas present (PeliTickets to Mavs @ AA this past Sunday) was gonna suck when Boogie went down.

It felt good that I was patient with Jrue, while I thought he was overpaid, i Pelieved!

My penance begins with Darius Miler. Damn this might be one of my largest Pelisins. I was constantly critical of his game at the beginning of the season, but he has proved a vital role player. Forgive me

I gave Gentry and Dell a lot of rope throughtout most of the year. But Idk if it was right before or after Boogie went down, I went hard at Gentry and the organization as a whole for their lack of leadership. I was wrong and I am sorry for my lack of faith in the Gentrification of this team.

I also called out AD for not stepping up after Boogie went down. While he was admittedly passive, boy has he turned the dial up! I’ve never seen him or any player in this franchise play at this level. Those big shots last night against LAC is what the LeBrons, Curry’s, Hardens, and other MVPs do in this league. And I am in complete awe.

In the name of the Father AD, in the name of the sons, and in the name of the 9 holy streak. Amen

Sons, I was pissed. I was pissed and fell away. I was pissed at Gentry for not coaching this team the way I, a mere mortal, felt it should. I was mad at demps for hiring him and squandering away AD. I was mad at AD for not playing the way I felt he should. I was mad and turned away from the flock.

BUT GLORY PELELUJAH IVE SEEN THE LIGHT. I have found the faith in the almighty unibrow. I believe again in daddy del and his glorious ways. I again believe in uncle al. So my brothers I ask you to forgive me for the sins I have committed. For the times I wasn’t flapping the way I should have, for now I am here..:

AND WE RIDIN BITCHES

I dont remember if I started a thread or not, but I definitely thought we were going to start tanking the minute Boogie went down. I have never been so excited about being wrong in my life.

I was down on Jrue and his huge contract at the beginning of the season, and even last year.

He has played great since then and proven to be a legit scoring option. I was wrong about him.
