That looks like the average $140k house in Terrytown.

That is right up the OT Ballers alley. Money for nothing.

I mean that's a lot of money for a house that size. Those tile countertops probably sealed the deal though.

I would imagine that is a teardown and rebuild.

Worth it to live in that area of the country.

Demand is very high in silicon valley. The amount if high paying tech jobs and startups in that one area is mind boggling. Also, great weather and beautiful scenery.

I live in a neighboring city. 2M gets you pretty much nothing here now.

Doesn't look like it would have much hiding space for all of my PMAGs.

More reason not to live in California for any amount of money.

Land is so goddamn expensive that you spend millions on a shitty house just for a tear down and rebuild.

We were just out there last summer. We’ve been looking for places to live for the summer and The Palo Alto area was one we wanted to check out. It is insanely pricey.
Now we’re thinking New England.
Beautiful towns up there in Northern Cal but crazy expensive.

Some well-placed Section 8 housing would remedy that.

I don’t get how regular businesses could exist there. With the $ per square foot of real estate being so high, you would think there wouldn’t be any gas stations or grocery stores or anything like that.
