Please explain why it "sucks balls," and for reference tell us where you live and how its better than one of the newer metros in a state with no income tax, low taxes and unemployment.

When I was in my first career out of college I was working at a company in a part time position. I had progressed to doing part time what I wanted to do full time.

Company offered me a full time position doing a job I did not enjoy and I turned it down after initially accepting.

I was toast at that point and it took me several years to recover fron that mistake. I cant even imagine the shitstorm you are about to bring on yourself if you back out now.

You're overthinking it. Just be honest and say, 'Hey, I'm a bitch that is indecisive when it comes to my professional career.'

I bet you get tired of the family coming to visit in the summers, if you do move. I have cousins out there that I worked for one summer when I was in college. My brother lived there for three or four years, and I visited him every summer. Denver is a really fun place to live and visit. Lots of things to do outside all summer long.

Three years into my out of college job I took a promotion from Baxter's IV Solution plant in Cleveland, Mississippi to one of their plants in Round Lake, IL, north of Chicago. Family was confused as to why I would do that. Was the best move career wise I ever could have made.

You MUST go for it while you are young if you ever plan on going for it.

Ah, and she doesn't want to relocate? Y'all didn't discuss this before you accepted the job?

No I had to go back to school and change careers.

They will look at this as a lack of ambition....that is a career death sentence.
