Between this sale, the country ribs, and the chicken that Calvin's had last week, I'm going to have about 40 pounds of meat in my freezer and less than $50 cost.

Now I need a good deal on a boneless strip loin or a whole ribeye and I've got all the meat I'll need until the 4th of July.

I bought a twin pack. Smoked them at 225 from 4-10 Saturday then put them in my Magnalite Roaster with about 2 cups of water and baked them in the oven at 200 for till 6AM. They came out great.
