I should have gotten it over the Black Card I have. The perks of the two are close but the AE has access to more lounges than my Black Card.

I do. It's ok. It's convenient for lounges and stuff. Citi Prestige is apparently better.

Yes. Best card to have if you travel, dine out, and go to concerts or sporting events. So nice to just call up and have the concierge set up your whole trip. Plus you get $200 in Uber credits a year.

Looking at perks might not be a bad deal

Chase Sapphire honestly has the better perks. Unless youre gonna spend your arse off in the hopes of getting to the black card. Then the perks are no joke.

Yes and it's worth the annual fee for Centurion Club and dining access

As others have stated, sapphire reserve is better, but the Amex platinum is worth it if you travel a lot. Citi prestige might be better too, especially if you’re a citi gold member (reduced annual fee).

Google Amex platinum Ameriprise and sign up through the link for no annual fee first year, but, no sign up bonus.

Is the 100K point offer back? I missed it a few months ago and I’m holding out until it comes back

I think Chase Sapphire Reserve is better. You can do a comparison of what the perks are, and see which is better for you, but I'd take the Chase Sapphire.

I got a 100K mailer and signed up. A lot of the benefits overlap with my CSR but the 100K made me go for it. When I was researching it seems like some people were having luck getting 100K Here or at Cardmatch
