Jax proper is awful, but there are high quality places to live in that footprint

I actually liked Jacksonville when we stayed there and then drove to Gainesville for the UF vs LSU game.

Oklahoma City is the most bland city in all of pro sports. Just a very boring place. OKC’s number one attraction is a man made ditch they dug out 15 years ago that they call it a canal and they have little boats that go up and down it.

I agree. Jax is different than most big cities in the US. People who come to Jax and just go downtown or to a football game, aren't gonna think much of Jacksonville, because to be frank, downtown Jax sucks arse, but the surrounding areas of the city are awesome. Riverside and the Beaches have the best bar scenes. South east Jax, pontevedra/st Augustine are beautiful and great places to live with nice secluded beaches. Jax has a lot to offer, you just gotta kno the right places.

Well, technically they have played seasons both in Nashville and Memphis.

You need to step out of your bubble. I grew in BR but consider Jacksonville as my home now and dont see myself ever leaving. I don’t care too much for the city but it looks awesome at night. There’s so much to do here and the people are great, minus a few gator fans.

Never heard of St Augustine?? It’s one of the most historic cities in America, being the oldest. And the surrounding areas on the coast are amazing.

Geaux Jags!!!

There are a lot of places i haven't been but i at least have an idea of what that place is about.
Honestly if you've never heard of St. Augustine you probably didn't pass 8th grade history. Admitting to being ignorant is a bold strategy.

Jaguars used to have a good logo and uniforms, but they were forced to change their logo. I was surprised when they got an expansion team way back when. They are an underdog team to me, so I would have liked to see them win yesterday.

Why is Columbus losing a MLS team? I thought they drew well.
