rarely

OKC had the #2 best player in their league and then he dramatically left. They also have a crazy point guard and one of the biggest me first players of this era on their team.

Growing city. Beaches. IT hub. Amelia island and St Augustine. Good golfing. Great people. And football fanatics.

Where do you live?

And bland is a criteria for not having a football franchise? Gtfo.

You think Tampa has more character than Jax? Because of what? Ybor?

Yeah. I don't want to see boring teams in bland cities

Tampa is probably on the list too tbh but at least they have that big bridge and the team has a colorful history

Great culture. Unique. I’m not going to knock New Orleans but is Jax any more bland than a Tampa?

Your criteria is bridges? Jax has seven. And the Skyway is just a great place to kill yourself. That’s about it. Not that impressive.

Jax has 7 bridges. Climb a rope. Turn upside down. Urinate.

the team itself has been fairly interesting though

And Jacksonville’s isn’t?

That defense is awesome to watch

I mean no but when someone says Tampa I think of that bridge.

When someone says Jacksonville i don't think of anything.

Just give me something to like, something to hate, or something of some interest. I don't care which. The city doesn't do it and the franchise doesn't do it.

Green Bay has the cheeseheads and the fans who go to games in subzero temps with no shirt and copious amounts of alcohol and the fans own the team

also the franchise is one of the most successful in NFL history with lots of great moments, players, and rivalries.

It’s not even in Tampa, baw. If you’re going to include surrounding areas you can think of St Augustine for Jax.

St Augustine is the oldest city.

The Bucs are 20 years older than Jax. In 1996 (20 years in), the Bucs didn’t have that SB and their history wasn’t nearly as “colorful.”
