Since Les hired Dave Aranda, LSU football has run one single-candidate hire after another. Even O fits the bill, because Alleva almost certainly tanked the Jimbo and Herman candidacies on purpose. So, there was only 1 "real" candidate. O.

Yes, the report was that the SEC office (located in Birmingham) highly discouraged LSU from hiring Freeze. Surely the SEC office (located in Birmingham) wouldn't have a different position for the Univ. of Ala.?

It didnt help that all the Facebook soccer moms were voicing their opinion, not wanting LSU to have anything to do with Freeze or Briles. The powers that be literally put more thought and consideration into what these clueless arse stepford wives thought than the sane majority of our fans. These same people are the ones who wont show up on gameday when Bama and Freeze hang over 50 points on us consistently! But hey, at least we have ole’ Steve “calling the shite out of some plays”!
