The FISA warrant does not provide a smoking gun against Trump one way of the other.
What it does provide (as long as it is not declassified and made known to the public) is an opportunity for the Trump administration to allege that the FBI is crooked and colluded with Trump opponents to improperly obtain the FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign.
If that is true, why hasn't Trump declassify the FISA warrant application and prove it so he can get rid of Mueller, which he is obviously dying to do.
The most obvious answer is that, if the warrant was properly obtained, and Trump declassified it, the warrant would lose its value as a talking point for Trump to rile up distrust against the FBI and the Muller investigation.

They probably haven’t manufactured it yet, that is probably what the Mueller team is doing. The government has to get all their lies and evidence together before they release things.

This is a court matter, in which case the President does not have any legal authority to unveil matters/proceedings/evidence in the purview of the court, if the court deems it sealed from public disclosure. No, I can't say for certain that FISA court records are sealed from public record, but I'm siding with yes, they are sealed.
For example, juvenile court records are sealed from public view, not subject to public records laws. And not even the President of the United States can unilaterally lift that veil of privacy.
So my opinion, Trump does not the the power to "declassify" FISA court info.

I'm sure the fact that there is a special prosecutor investigating these warrants, and who has actually already declared the illegality of the process utilized to obtain said warrants , has nothing to do with it
