Jones will win the City of Huntsville pretty easily and probably the county of Madison narrowly. It won't be enough though.

I have no idea. Polls aren't exactly accurate anymore.

Are you reading deficient?

I mentioned two people as examples of the extremity of sentiment.

But, just for you. I'll handhold. From my OP.

I'm a bit snakebitten by Virginia, but I just cleaned out my Moore holdings at a 10% profit and might reinvest if it gets close to 50% on PredictIt.

The scuttlebutt definitely has me confident that this market will move closer to 50/50 even if Moore does eventually win.

Sadly Madison county isn't as red as it used to be....it's beginning to turn a shade of purple due to the influx of Northern Virginia people here. My neighbors who are Auburn fans put up a Jones sign last night...kinda disappointed me a bit...just SMH and went about my business.

We shall see. I'm in Huntsville so, not necessarily a picture of Alabama.........but, general sentiment in my building would seem to indicate Moore will have a problem.

all but one voted in my office for Moore. They said they hated the guy but the Supreme Court was too important to give to Democrats

FWIW, I'm getting the same sentiment in Bham. I think people outside the state of Alabama under appreciate just how disliked Moore is even by many Republicans. This should be a slam dunk win for the Republican, but it's not. And it's not because Jones is a great politician.

I'm an independent. I don't think it is sad. I'd rather Bama be a state with a voice rather than an assumption.

Most fast food employees tend to vote Democrat.

Just hassling you, man. Wherever it is you work at, it sounds like a bitch of a place, being surrounded by losers like that.

It's not who votes that counts, it's who counts the votes.

And the smart people in Huntsville won't be counting enough of them.

The Alabama Supreme Court yesterday stayed an order that would have preserved ballots from being destroyed, in case of a recount.

Where I work and live, I’ve been surprised by the amount of Jones signs. This is coming from Vestavia, Mountain Brook, and Homewood. Maybe the moore crowd is silent but then again I wouldn’t admit to voting for him either.

I'm in one of the most deep red, conservative suburbs of Bham and a ton of my neighbors have Doug Jones signs in their yards. I've lived in this neighborhood over 15 years and I've never seen a sign for a democrat in any yard in my neighborhood before.

It was the electronic record, not the actual ballots. The ballots are preserved for a short time in case of a recount. Recounts are done by hand.
