Maybe goat

It's not. They fricked up the roughing, but since then not a big deal.

If we get an OL holding call against us on this drive, it definitely is!!!!
Posted on 12/7/17 at 9:55 pm to Jake88
BS they get calls on every critical down.
Posted on 12/7/17 at 9:58 pm to Cow Drogo
Some of these calls were chicken shite of course automatic first down. One defensive holding was legit
Posted on 12/7/17 at 9:58 pm to TigerFanNKaty
And all but what I mentioned, the Saints commited the penalty.

Total fix. Where is the offense holding against Atlanta
Posted on 12/7/17 at 10:00 pm to Jake88
8 first downs on penalties.

Roger celebrating his extension by fricking the Saints

Yup
League definitely wants Atlanta relevant in the final weeks as the play saints and panthers

Ever see defensive holding on a running play...? Didn't it happen twice last night..?
And not one holding call on Atlanta's secondary...

And the falcons committed 0 PI or defensive holding all game.
Tell me how the Thomas no call in the red zone was different than the Julio holding?

I just brought this up as well. How is that even possible?
Posted on 12/8/17 at 7:19 am to d2
Because league wants Atlanta relevant for these last few divisional clashes

NFL is rigged. They just weren't going to let it happen. Drew never would have been throwing to the end zone in a tie game.

Your comment is contradictory. you say it wasn't fixed then say that one penalty was a terrible call. That roughing the passer call led to 7 points which decided the game on its own not including the other 8 penalties that gave them first downs at crucial moments.

The roughing the passer call was bogus. The call on Robertson, I've never seen that before at the line of scrimmage, 2-3 of the defensive holding calls were questionable and Crawley was called on one while at the same time JJ was hitting him in the facemask, should have been offsetting.
As far as FG before half, coach and players said there is usually a warning but let's be honest, an NFL player should know better. I thought the penalty on Payton before time expired was bogus, we've seen other coaches like Pete Carrol do that so many times and not draw a flag.
I don't think the game was rigged, I don't think the hit on Kamara was a cheap shot either. I just think there were a lot of penalties that most referees let slide. They did miss a holding call on Ram to be fair, although at the one shot of it I think Brees had already let go of the ball.
All in all, you don't go to Josh Hill in critical moments of a game. We've seen this fail happen several times this year and last year.

This is an understatement.
Josh Hill technically could have cost us 3 games instead of just one.

Posted this in another thread:
First downs by penalties:
Atlanta - 9
Saints - 0
penalties:
Atlanta - 4 for 35 yards
Saints - 11 for 87 yards
If Goodell is so interested in player safety, you can't let a good defense get screwed by several BS penalties extending stalled drives 9 times resulting in multiple LONG drives essentially giving Atlanta the game, and creating situations where a defense that is already dealing with injuries is being intentionally fatigued.
Were all the flags BS? NO, but the first hold on Lattimore against Julio was very ticky-tack and in my opinion was a sign of things to come, the roughing the passer penalty was complete BS, the illegal formation on the FG was such a "by the book" call which is rarely called, it was like they were just itching to throw flags on the Saints.
I'm sure Atlanta's team was just so disciplined that they were only penalized about 1/3 as much as the Saints (A BETTER TEAM!). I witnessed several holds by Atlanta on TV from my couch, but the refs couldn't see them from 10 ft away? bullshite!!!
I'm convinced that the NFL/Goodell will do anything to create a "script!!!" And the Saints are obviously not the chosen team this year. They want the Saints to play on the road in the second round against Minnesota or Philly!!!
I hate being the one who blames the refs, and if SP runs the damn ball to play for the conservative TD and guarantee the FG, it's a possible win, but the refs were one-sided last night.

Agreed, seemed like officials had an agenda with all the calls against the Saints secondary and they let Falclowns get away with same holding on wideouts...just my observation
