Louisiana-Monroe defensive coordinator Earnest Hill took a shot at Arch Manning ahead of their matchup with Texas this weekend...
quote:
“We actually have some kids on our team who played against him in New Orleans, and a couple guys done beat him already,” said ULM defensive coordinator Earnest Hill.

"So, they don’t hold too much fear against him. They’re not gonna hold any fear against him coming up here.”

“I think Ewers, only thing he has on Manning is he has played more games,” said the defensive coordinator.

“And Manning, he’s been raised to be a quarterback. His uncle, both his uncles, very successful so he’s been taught the right way. He’s been at every quarterback camp.

He didn't take one shot. He said they held no fear against him because they have played and beaten him before. He then praised him saying the only thing Ewers has over him is experience.

Can’t decide if Larry’s reach for a story or the comments below are more dumb. It is a super tight race.

“Done beat him already” is last thing you want to say before such a heated rivalry game. Bulletin board material for Manning and the Horns.

Head coach taking a shot at opposing qb is honestly pretty classless….particularly when they will get beat by 60.
