Remember when every was buying those Columbia jackets for like $10 and it ended up being a mistake and no one got anything?

If you log into your DTV account online. You can see the credit on your account after you complete the phone call.

I just called these bitches. It's only if you want to cancel. I said well I want to cancel. He says well you will have an early termination fee. My contract is up in February. frick DIRECTV

Did you call the number in the OP?
I did, and they answered on the second ring. The lady tripped over herself to give me everything she could as soon as I said I wanted the customer loyalty discount.
Look at all the people that have had success today. Call again.

Someone on my FB page just told me they got an 80 dollar credit and their bill was only 60, so now they are getting a credit.
