The photo demonstrates that he viewed her as a sexual joke prop. It makes her account of the forced kissing more credible.

Dude, he forcibily kissed her while rehearsing a skit THAT HE WROTE, that included the kiss in it. She refused to practice the kiss for the skit, but he kept badgering her
Then he tongued her during the 'practice' kiss
And during the live skit, she turned her head when it was time for the kiss, so you know she was pissed. Then she later sees the pic where hes grabbing at her breasts
