Is the groping that Franken is being accused depicted in that photo?

If so, I gotta be honest... that seems like a whole lotta nothing. I mean, I wouldn't be mad if Franken lost his seat, but I'm also a man and I don't like this road we seem to be going down with what's being called sexual assault these days. The guy was clearly just joking around like people do every day... and he didn't even really touch her.
So is there more to the story that I'm not aware of or is it just that photo?

The photo follows the story she told about a trip overseas with Franklen and others to support the troops. She had words with him over him trying to kiss her.

The optics of the picture is all that is important here. Like another poster said, how do we know that a second or two before that photo that he didn't actually have his hands on the position of her breasts? It's all about optics.

Republicans had nothing to do with this. Wasn't the NY Times or Washington Post that "broke" the story. This woman is pissed about it and she is standing alone and telling the story.
